When I arrived at Nate + Laura’s house in Clarington, Ontario for their engagement session I was immediately greeted by two big friendly dogs. This was the first time I met Nate + Laura and I instantly felt welcomed in their beautiful home.
We decided to do engagement photos around their property and in the Enniskillen conservation area. We started at the Enniskillen conservation area where we went for a little walk and took photos along the way. They danced, laughed and cuddled around the trails. Then we headed back to their home in Clarington, Ontario where Laura did a quick outfit change and we met back up in the backyard to end our session. Nate and Laura’s backyard is spectacular complete with a pool, hot tub, sauna and more. I was instantly drawn to the unique circular shape of the sauna and placed Nate and Laura on the benches out front of it. We took a few cuddly shots here that remind me of a scandinavian spa advertisement (Laura is just stunning)! Then with drinks in tow we walked further into the backyard to catch the last of golden hour (before sunset). We ended the night with some piggy back rides and laughs.
Nate and Laura, thank you for having me along for your journey! I truly enjoyed getting to know you both and can’t wait for your big wedding day!
