$400 | 60 – 90 minutes

Choose your house, a location or activity that has some meaning to you and your fiancé. This could be going back to the location where you initially got engaged or where you met, etc. We will hang out, chat, get to know one another, have plenty of laughs and shoot lots of photos! You are welcome to bring an outfit change if you wish to have a couple of different looks during your session.

Engagement sessions are also included in certain wedding packages. For more information please contact me.

FAQs

Is it important to have an engagement session?

I highly recommend having an engagement session done! This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other behind and in front of the camera. Feeling shy? Don’t love having your picture taken? Then please, please, please go for an engagement session. I promise by the time we are done you will feel so comfortable in front of the camera and when your wedding rolls around, you won’t even notice us there!

Where will the session take place?

Let’s have fun together! We can revisit the first place you met, your proposal location, favourite restaurant or coffee shop, favourite activity you like to do, etc! Make it meaningful to you as a couple, it doesn’t have to just be at a random outdoor location. Or if you love hanging out at home and that’s your thing then let’s do your shoot in your home! I am up for anything, so you fill me in on your story and we’ll find a neat way to document it.

Help! What should I wear?

This is by far the most commonly asked question. Make sure you are comfortable! This is SO important because if you’re not feeling comfortable in your outfit it will reflect in your confidence during your session. Try and stick to neutral colours and stay away from anything to vibrant, large graphics and/or wording and logos. Clothes that have a lot of texture and depth such as knits, denim, corduroy, patterns, etc always photograph nicely. It’s nice to coordinate outfits but remember you don’t have to completely match (a little contrast is great)!

I think we would be a great fit! How does the booking process work?

Visit my contact page and fill in the required information. We will chat and discuss a date that works for both of us. I then require a 20% non-refundable deposit and signed booking form to secure your date.

Are engagement sessions included in your wedding packages? 

I offer three wedding packages and an engagement session is included in two of the packages.

How long will it take to receive our photos?

You will receive your edited images through an online gallery two weeks after your session.

Do you offer professional prints?

Absolutely! You can order professional prints and albums right from your online gallery, it’s that simple!
